This policy explains what personal information ThriveKore LLC (“ThriveKore”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.
Information we collect
Account information. Your full name, email address and password, your research company or organization name, your account type (Individual, Business or Institution) and an EIN if you choose to give one. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
Acknowledgments. The confirmations you make at registration and at checkout: that you are at least 21, that you agree to the Terms, and that you represent a legitimate research purpose and understand that all products are for laboratory research only. We record each one with the date and time you made it.
Verification records. Any documentation you send to compliance@thrivekore.com to verify your account or your research purpose, and the outcome of that review.
Orders and shipping. What you ordered, order amounts and order history, shipping addresses, and a phone number if you add one. Payment details are entered with our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Messages. Your name, email address and message when you use the contact form or write to us.
Device and usage data. The technical information needed to run and secure the website: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the signals used for human verification.
Cookies and browser storage. Only what the website needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and recording your research-use confirmation on entry. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it

- To confirm eligibility and, where we ask for it, your research purpose
- To process, ship and support orders
- To send order confirmations, shipping notices and account security emails
- To answer messages
- To prevent fraud, abuse and automated access
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribe
Service providers
We share personal information only with the providers we need to run the website and fill orders:
- Supabase, for accounts, sign-in and the database
- Vercel, for hosting the website
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for human verification on site entry, registration, sign-in, password recovery and the contact form
- Resend, for delivering email
- Our payment provider, to process payments
- Shipping carriers, to deliver orders (name, address and contact details only)
Each provider processes the information to provide its service to us, under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ThriveKore, our customers or others.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep account, acknowledgment, verification and order records while your account is open, and afterward for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes, to resolve disputes and to enforce our terms. We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer and follow up.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update your account details and turn the newsletter on or off in your account. You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it or to close your account. Some records, such as orders and acknowledgments, are kept for as long as the law requires.
Write to support@thrivekore.com with any request. For verification records, write to compliance@thrivekore.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we respond to requests as that law requires.
Age
This website is for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, write to support@thrivekore.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date on this page. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
