Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
When orders ship
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. An order may wait while we complete an account verification. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination, and we do not guarantee a delivery date.
Cost
Shipping is a flat $10 per order. Orders of $250 or more ship free. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When an order ships, we email the tracking number from orders@thrivekore.com to the email address on the order. You can also look up an order on the order tracking page.
Packaging
Each order is packed to protect the vials in transit. Each vial label shows the lot number and states that the product is for laboratory research use only, not for human or veterinary use.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you when we hand the order to the carrier. ThriveKore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Check that the shipping address is complete and correct before you pay.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Write to orders@thrivekore.com as soon as possible after delivery, with the order number and photos of the problem. The steps are in the Returns policy.
